Max George pleading with Michelle Keegan to give her £10k engagement ring back

They split up several months ago but it seems there's still some unfinished business between Max George and Michelle Keegan.

The Wanted star has asked the Coronation Street actress to give back the £10,000 engagement ring he bought her at the height of their relationship.

It's been four months since they called off their engagement and went their separate ways but Max is said to be eager to get his hands back on the expensive jewellery item and has even asked Michelle to hand it over.

Reports on Thursday morning suggested Keegan was refusing to give it back.

A source told the Mirror: 'He is desperate to get it back but is not getting anywhere. It's a bit rich considering all that's subsequently come out to suddenly start demanding it back. Perhaps he needs the money.'

But a source close to Keegan confirmed to the MailOnline that Max had asked for it back but stated that she is 'more than happy' to return the ring and has no intention of hanging on to it, pointing out that she's just not seen the pop star to give it to him.

The source added that Michelle hasn't seen Max 'for a long time' and 'it's not the type of thing you can just post'.

Max hinted at his unhappiness over not having possession of the ring when he was interviewed by Bauer Radio's In:Demand show earlier this week.

The host had asked the 24-year-old singer what the most expensive thing he had ever bought was.

He then replied: 'A ring,' and added glumly that he hadn't got it back yet.

A source for Max was contacted by the MailOnline for comment, while a representative for Keegan said she doesn't comment on her personal life.

Michelle gushed over how 'gorgeous' the ring was when Max proposed last year, but they split up in April.

Nicki Minaj Has No Problem Being The 'Toughest' Judge On 'American Idol'

Young Money rapper tells Ryan Seacrest about her upcoming E! special as well as what her Barbz can expect from her on 'Idol.'

Nicki Minaj might be one of the busiest women in music, if not the busiest.

She released two music videos in the span of a couple weeks, ("Boys" and "Va Va Voom"), she is gearing up to make her judging debut on "American Idol" and she's currently on her Roman Reloaded European tour.

And Minaj is giving her Barbz a front-row seat to it all as she is set to appear in three E! specials, "Nicki Minaj: My Truth," which chronicle her life over a three-week period.

On Wednesday, the YMCMB rapper called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show and revealed what her fans can expect from the upcoming special, the first of which airs Sunday.

"You're going to see the no makeup, the crazy sweaty face in the studio, you know, the regular stuff. You're going to see rehearsals for the tour. People always see the glamorous side of the tour when I'm all made up and done up and everything is already set in stone," Minaj said. "You're going to see the behind-the-scenes stuff...me saying how I really feel about the people who interview me and a good part of what I love about the special is that its showing the people around me, the people I love, the people I have to be with everyday and its showing us take on these new things that are going my way recently."

Minaj continued, "It's been really really busy, I've been finishing up the album, doing the 'Idol' stuff, rehearsing for the tour and everything had to be done in a span of three weeks."

One thing Minaj is eagerly awaiting fans to see is the making of her upcoming album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded- The Re-Up, which hits stores November 19.

"I wanted to document that release so fans could be part of this body of work, more so than they've ever felt with any other thing that I've ever put out, so I really wanted to document that," Minaj said.

While she didn't touch on her rumored rivalry with fellow "Idol" judge Mariah Carey,she did reveal her tactic when judging the contestants.

"I went into it thinking I want to be honest. I remember that some of the toughest criticism I've ever gotten is what stood out in my brain and what made me better," she said. "I didn't want to go on the show and be phony to the contestants. I want them to have a real idea of the business, because this is real life."

They’re a dynamic duo in the country music empire, and Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton were picture perfect as they arrived at the 46th Annual CMA Awards this evening (November 1).

The “House that Built Me” songstress and her “God Gave Me You” hubby had the shutterbugs’ undivided attention as they showed off their killer ensembles before heading inside.

She looked oh-so-comfortable last night during here debut as the co-host of X Factor and in typical Khloé Kardashian form, she's able to poke fun at herself.

Here's why: Dressed in a sheer purple blouse, the reality star had a bit of a nip slip which led to a hilarious interaction with judge Simon Cowell! Okay, maybe it's not so much of a slip as a peek-a-boo since it appears Khloé wasn't wearing anything underneath the sheer top.

During the show Simon Tweeted, “I think the air conditioning is on high tonight looking at khloe.”

Later on during the show, Khloé called the British mogul "sexy." Then he started teasing her about her look and the A/C. "It's very distracting," he added.

She also sounded downright psyched about her new job! During the broadcast she wrote, "Already half way into the show - and I must say I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new job!!! #xfactor"

Woman randomly stabbed after getting off Queens bus

A man stabbed a woman getting off a bus in Queens in an unprovoked attack.

An emotionally disturbed man followed a woman as she stepped off a Queens bus, stabbing her in an unprovoked attack, police said Thursday.

Edwin Rios, 27, was busted at 12:40 a.m., almost three hours after he allegedly stabbed the 22-year-old victim at 73rd Ave. and Francis Lewis Boulevard, in Fresh Meadows.

Police said the woman got off the Q-46 bus around 10 p.m. Wednesday at Francis Lewis and Union Turnpike.

The suspect, police said, followed her as she walked alongside Cunningham Park, then pounced, stabbing her with a knife twice in the back. She also suffered a cut on her forehead.

Rios fled the scene, but the victim gave police a description of her attacker, who may have hid in the park before police finally found him.

A police source said Rios has a history of psychological problems and that the woman was attacked for no reason.

She was listed Thursday in stable condition at Queens General Hospital.

Since Sandy struck Monday evening there have been only a handful of shootings and a few stabbings and slashings. The only murder this week occurred early Monday when a man was beaten to death by a group of up to five men following a dispute outside a Brooklyn bar.

Sure, some celebs dress up for Halloween and it's all in good fun but the ever controversial Chris Brown is turning heads yet again and it's not exactly for a good reason.

Um, how shall we put this? The singer and his friends dressed up as supposed terrorists or at least some scary looking dudes ready to start some trouble! He and his friends wore long beards and turbans and were carrying faux guns.

Taylor Lautner Talks "Twilight" & Tomfoolery on "The Tonight Show"

Continuing his promotional duties for “Breaking Dawn - Part 2,” Taylor Lautner spent his Halloween making a guest appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Wednesday (October 31).

Mustering up plenty of screams from the Burbank studio audience, the hunky werewolf confidently grabbed a seat alongside Leno to chat about everything from the final "Twilight Saga" installment to his practical joker nature.

Dishing on a previous run in with “Twilight” author Stephanie Meyer (who's also a prankster) and her friend Megan, Taylor said, “[We] happened to be at a restaurant at the exact same time…Megan is deathly afraid of shrimp so I decided to be really nice and ask the waiter if I could order a shrimp cocktail for their table…so they set the shrimp cocktail right in front of Megan and I could hear her scream from the restaurant.”

Adding that the shenanigans didn't stop there, the 20-year-old giddily told, “Stephanie spoke to the chef and asked him to make me a cake dessert. I get it and it has Rob [Pattinson’s] face all over it and it’s this Team Edward cake.”

“I still retaliated after that,” Lautner continued. “I asked them to send over a Team Potter cake [Harry Potter]. It could have been a little dirty, but I did it.”

She's already bagged herself an Olympic gold medal after a stellar performance in the heptathlon at London 2012 and now Jessica Ennis is fast becoming a style icon too.

The athlete made an impressive entrance as she arrived at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards on Wednesday night.

Jessica, 26, showed off her flawless figure in a plunging pearl and black dress, oozing sophistication in the process.

The light satin panel at the front of the garment complemented the Team GB star's complexion to perfection, in short, she looked sensational.

The sportswoman joined a suitably stylish crowd at the magazine awards ceremony held at the lavish Claridge's hotel.
