The adorable pair of Kourtney Kardashian and her son Mason were spotted spending the afternoon (May 22) at Calabasas Commons in California with friends.

The 33-year-old mother was glowing in a gorgeous white maxi dress that showed off her growing baby bump while her little boy matched in a white polo and khaki shorts.

Looking to already be quite the ladies' man, Mason played with a little friend in the fountains as the group enjoyed the beautiful California day.

In other news, Kourtney’s sister Kim Kardashian was recently named the “Hottest Woman in the World” by Zoo magazine.

The 31-year-old reality star appeared on the magazine’s cover in nothing but sexy red and black lingerie.

Rihanna Missed Her Flight Out Of London After Partying Too Hard!

WHAT is going on with Rihanna these days?!

Although the pop star was hooked to an IV drip only a week ago due to overwork and exhaustion, she apparently pAArtied so hard in London last night while attending Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch The Throne tour that she woke up drunk and missed her flight out of London - and an apparent rehearsal with her artistic director and choreographer!

Facebook IPO Continues Mark Zuckerberg's 'Open' Philosophy

Facebook CEO has created a 'collaborative and connected culture,' showcased in 'The Diary of Facebook,' airing Saturday at 9 a.m. on MTV.

Wearing his signature hoodie and jeans, Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg rang the bell to open the Nasdaq Stock Market from the company's Menlo Park, California, headquarters Friday morning (May 18) as his company went public with the biggest ever initial public offering by a tech company. Going for $38 per share, the offering raised $16 billion for the social networking website, which is inarguably one of, if not the most important and impactful tech company for the millennial generation.

Zuckerberg has always been a natural at balancing the demands of running the world's biggest social network, which boasts more than 900 million users around the world, while himself being an example of his generation's focus on being open and forward-thinking without the pretense and show of past business leaders.

The self-made billionaire is the ultimate everyman, albeit one with a genius intellect, and it's a side of himself he showed off in earnest last year when MTV visited Facebook HQ for its special, "The Diary of Facebook."

"Facebook is a very open company. If you think about what we do, we're trying to give all these people who use our products the ability to share things with their friends and their family," Zuckerberg told MTV News. "The mission is to make the world more open and connected. So we believe that if that's what we're trying to do in the world then that's how we should run the company too."

Zuckerberg went on to describe the philosophy with which he runs Facebook, now one of the most financially valuable in the world, and it stands in diametric opposition to how we view the modern corporate executive. There are no sequestered corner offices at Facebook HQ, no CEOs sporting expensive designer suits.

"We have this really open floor plan. People are all sitting out near each other. It's easy for everyone to turn to their neighbor and start talking," the Facebook boss continued. "I have a desk out there just like everyone else. ... That kind of collaborative and connected culture is what produces the best products for the people who are going to use them."

His philosophy on how to run a modern company may ultimately change the face of business moving forward. Friday's massive IPO did many things, but one of the biggest, coming in the midst of an ongoing financial crisis created by men in suits, was to prove that the future doesn't smoke cigars in executive lounges, it wears a hoodie and sits with the engineers who make it all happen.

UFC Champ Jon 'Bones' Jones -- Arrested for DUI

UFC Light Heavyweight champ Jon "Bones" Jones was arrested early this morning for DUI after he totaled his Bentley in upstate New York ... TMZ has learned. 

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Jones was involved in an accident at around 5:00 AM in Binghamton, NY. We're told the car -- which Jones crashed into a pole -- was totaled and cops arrested Jones on the scene for DUI. 

According to our sources, Jones was taken into custody by Broome County Sheriff and bailed out a few hours later ... by his mom. Jones is from nearby Ithaca.

"The Dark Knight Rises" Debuts Hot, New Promo Posters

The excitement reaches a new level as two new promotional posters were released today (May 19) for the highly anticipated film “The Dark Knight Rises.”

Both posters feature an artistic view of the film’s stars including Anne Hathaway as Catwoman and Christian Bale as Batman.

The Christopher Nolan directed flick is an epic conclusion of his Batman trilogy and according to IMDB, picks up eight years after the hero “took the fall for Two Face's crimes. A new terrorist leader, Bane, overwhelms Gotham's finest, and the Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that has branded him an enemy.”

It also stars Michael Caine, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Morgan Freeman and opens in theaters on July 20.

Adam Yauch Honored By New York State Senate

The late Beastie Boy's legacy is remembered in resolution that celebrates his life, music and love for New York City.

Adam Yauch was, in almost every sense of the term, a true New Yorker — born in Brooklyn, raised on the music of the Village and the Lower East Side, representing the eclectic energy and vibrant multiculturalism of NYC itself through his films and social causes — so it's fitting that, earlier this week, the New York State Senate passed a resolution honoring the late Beastie Boy's achievements.

The resolution — officially known as J4637 — was written by State Senator Daniel Squadron (who represents the district of Brooklyn Heights, where Yauch was born) and celebrates Yauch's many accomplishments and contributions, including raising the profile of New York City in a time when many thought its best days were behind it, noting:

"The Beastie Boys became well-known in the innovative music scene in Manhattan's East Village and Lower East Side with a sound and a style all their own ... [they] exemplified New York through a period in which grassroots creativity and a community of iconoclastic artists helped redefine and rejuvenate a city on the ropes, with iconic imagery from Brooklyn to Ludlow Street."

Squadron also paid tribute to Yauch's activism, including his Milarepa Fund (which raised awareness of the abuses in Tibet) and his Oscilloscope Laboratories, which produced films like the Yauch-directed "Gunnin' For That #1 Spot," about high-school basketball prospects competing in a tournament at Harlem's historic Rucker Park.

J4637 also works in a nod to the Beastie's 1994 hit "Sure Shot" ("The music and message of the Beastie Boys evolved over the years, but they can't, they don't, they won't stop changing the face of hip-hop, of music and of our culture") and allowed the Senate to "pause in its deliberations" to remember Yauch, "a man of colossal talent and charisma."

"Adam Yauch is survived by his wife, Dechen Wengdu, and their daughter Losel," the resolution concludes. "He will be missed by his family, his fans and all who knew him; his dedication to his music, his activism and his heritage leaves an indelible legacy of inspiration for all other artists."

Usher's 'Climax' Is 'Not About Sex'

Looking 4 Myself single is about reaching 'a place where you're gonna dive in or let it go,' Usher explains on 'MTV First.'

Usher admits that "over the last three years of my life, it's no secret I went through some heavy transitions." And he's not joking. In 2009, he filed for a divorce from his wife, Tameka Foster, after marrying her in 2007. In the lead-up to the split, their relationship certainly came with drama, including a rift with his mother and a major health scare for Foster during a 2009 trip to Brazil.

And even with his divorce finalized, Usher is still in and out of court dealing with custody issues over their two sons, Usher and Naviyd. However, he is ready to put all that drama aside now that he's purged those emotions for his June 12 album release, the aptly titled Looking 4 Myself.

"There's an emotional side to it. Over the last three years of my life, it's no secret I went through some heavy transitions and in that I really came out new," he told MTV News during "MTV First." "I came out feeling a sense of entitlement and a sense of ownership of all of that I went through to become better and in being able to survive it.

"So I was looking for something in the music," he continued. "I was looking for something in life. I was looking for something in it has always been right here. It has always been there. So I kind of used the music as a dairy in a way, but a creative, artistic, art-in-motion diary."

But, Usher is no stranger to putting his drama to music. With albums titled Confessions and Raymond v. Raymond, he has always put his personal business right where people can hear it.

"Oddly, I've unfortunately left my life an open book," he said. "So every record people would assume that each and every detail is specific, even the videos."

That includes his most recent clip for "Climax," which follows jilted lover Usher as he contemplates shooting his girl's other man. Soon, he charges in the house, and a gunshot is fired off. What's unclear is whether it's reality or just Usher's fantasy.

"OK, I'm not sitting out in front of somebody's house and shoot up the crib, just so you know," he joked. " 'Climax' was an interpretation to really give people a better understanding 'cause I felt like people really looked at the record for what you heard first, which was 'Climax'. So, people thought 'sex.' It's not about sex. Well, climax is about sex, but not the song. Just so we're clear."

The Diplo-produced track actually has more to do with the events of the last few years of his life than events in the bedroom. "The song is really about kind of the crescendo of a relationship, where you've reached a place where you're gonna dive in or let it go," he said. "And the 'Climax' is what it is."

'Idol' Finalist Jessica Sanchez Gets Props From Philippine President

'American Idol' hopefuls Joshua Ledet and Phillip Phillips have gotten A-List support from Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Julianne Hough.

U.S. presidents have typically stayed out of the "who is going to win 'American Idol'" fray in the past in order to avoid upsetting any voting blocs. But that doesn't mean that foreign dignitaries can't offer up their two cents.

That might explain why on the eve of the penultimate performance night on "Idol," the Associated Press reported that Philippine president Benigno Aquino III has wholeheartedly endorsed his choice for next week's finale: Jessica Sanchez.

"Hopefully, she really reaches the top," Aquino said of the 16-year-old top three finalists from Chula Vista, California, who is of Filipino and Latin heritage.

The President isn't the only one who has co-signed the pixie-size diva. She's gotten shout-outs and love from everyone from "Idol" mentor Jimmy Iovine and his music industry pal Tommy Mottola to former "Idol" champ Kris Allen. Onetime contestants Jennifer Hudson and Haley Reinhart, as well as singers Billy Joel, Beyoncé, India.Arie and Colbie Caillat have all sung Sanchez's praises.

In an interview, Allen said, "I said that Jessica Sanchez was my favorite, and I hate saying that to be honest with you because I remember being on the show and other people being fans of other people on the show that were not me. But I think that she is my favorite to win the show. ... I think it's time for a girl to win, to be honest with you."

While a girl has indeed not won since season six, Sanchez isn't the only one getting props from famous admirers.

Leading contender Phillip Phillips has been feeling the love on his Twitter account, where he's gotten shout-outs from past "Idol" contestants including Casey Abrams, Lauren Alaina, Naima Adedapo and James Durbin, who said Phil reminds him of (shocker) Dave Matthews. Also offering praise over the months: rocker Jonny Lang, new Twitter bestie and Dave Matthews bassist Stefan Lessard, fake crush Julianne Hough and the folks at his favorite hometown restaurant, El Coyote Café.

The other male left in the competition, soul sensation Joshua Ledet, is no slouch, either. In fact, over the past four months he's turned into the celeb-crush object of the moment, chatting up former "Idol" finalists Pia Toscano, Alaina and Melinda Doolittle, as well as "X Factor" finalist Stacy Francis. "Idol" champ Allen had high praise writing, "I think @JLedetAI11 is the best singer that's ever been on the show."

Hudson sent a note to Ledet in February that he later said brought tears to his eyes, writing, "Joshua Ledet did an amazing performance of 'You Pulled Me Through' on @AmericanIdol last night. Gave me goosebumps!"

Show executive producer Nigel Lythgoe sent along a note from the legendary Percy Sledge that said how much he enjoyed Ledet's version of "When a Man Loves a Woman." Oh, and did we mention that Mariah Carey tweeted him? "Joshua, thank you for your kind words and your beautiful performance," she wrote on March 29 after he sang her version of "Without You." "I'm honored you chose to sing my version of the song. God bless."

And Rihanna too? "Joshua Ledet!!!!!!! I'm your #1 fan," she gushed. Not to mention Mary J. Blige herself, who wrote on May 10, "I just voted for @JLedetAI11 on #Idol. He slayed his performances."

Jay Sean's 'Sex 101' Collabo With Tyga Is 'Dope'

'Everyone knows Tyga's the next hot thing,' Sean says of his Cash Money family member.

Jay Sean knows how to keep it in the family. The Cash Money family, that is. He has worked with its heavy hitters Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj and can now add Tyga to his roster of A-list collabos. The labelmates have teamed up for the seductively titled track "Sex 101" off Jay's latest studio album, Worth It All.

"One of the first things I noticed when I joined Cash Money was that they don't work with just anyone, they really don't," the pop crooner told MTV News, expressing gratitude for the support he has received from his extended family. Before Nicki Minaj catapulted to stardom, she jumped on his song "2012," as Wayne did with "Down," the club banger that broke the U.K. artist into the U.S. market.

It seems it was that communal energy that drew Jay Sean to Cash Money in the first place. "That family thing — working with people, talking to people, doing business with people that they can only vibe with is just how they operate," he explained. "That's why Baby [Cash Money co-founder Bryan Williams] will call me every other day just to check up on me and see how I'm doing."

Although he doesn't want to be defined by his collaborations, working with Tyga was a natural fit for Jay. "Tyga's the next to blow from Young Money. Everyone knows Tyga's the next hot thing." So it didn't take much for him to hit up his longtime supporter and friend to appear on "Sex 101." "I realized from an early stage how dope he was as an MC," Jay said about the "Rack City" rapper.

The R&B single is featured on Jay's mixtape The Mistress and will be reproduced and reworked as a single and video off his forthcoming album, Worth It All. Jay Sean's newest single, "I'm All Yours" featuring Pitbull is set for release on May 29th.

Hip-hop's premier music festival is back. On Tuesday, Guerilla Union held a press conference to reveal its lineup of hip-hop all-stars for Rock the Bells 2012. Freestyler extraordinaire Supernatural delivered the list of performers one-by-one with an impromptu rap, rattling off names like Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, Nas, J. Cole and Mac Miller, as well as veteran acts like Missy Elliott, Timbaland and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

Lupe Fiasco's name also appears on the festival's flyer, but on Wednesday morning (May 16), the Chi-Town lyricist tweeted that despite what was printed, he would not be in attendance this year. "Not doing Rock The Bellz...thats a typo fam and friends...," he wrote.

For the first time in nine years, Rock the Bells will expand its daylong festival to two days. The first show will take place August 18 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California. Last year's three-stage setup forced fans to choose between their favorite acts, who would often perform simultaneously. "We had quite a few complaints about Mobb Deep fans having to choose between Mobb Deep and Nas," Guerilla Union boss Chang Weisberg said as an example. "We tried to deliver three stages, but it didn't work out. So the correction? Two stages, two days, one event."

RTB will hit the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California, on August 25 and 26 and then the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, on September 1 and 2. Coincidentally, the East Coast show falls on the very same weekend as Jay-Z's recently announced Made in America multi-genre music festival in Philadelphia. Hov promises close to 30 eclectic acts in the fields of rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and dance music. The Made in America lineup hasn't been announced yet, but already, the RTB bill is ripe with diverse rap talent. 2 Chainz, Tyga, Kendrick Lamar, Slick Rick, E-40, Too Short and A$AP Rocky will all be in attendance.

The announcement event wrapped up with performances by DJ Quik and Bone Thugs, who took the stage and rocked a few of their many classics, leaving fans ready for the main course this summer. Fans should check RockTheBells.net for venue and ticket information.

Howard Stern Debut Doesn't Boost 'America's Got Talent' Ratings

Over the past week it has felt like Howard Stern was everywhere. The self-proclaimed "King of All Media" was doing his best to make that title sing in the lead-up to his debut as a judge on "America's Got Talent," by doing a rare publicity swing of talk shows and feature interviews.

He was excited and he wanted America to be excited, and by the looks of the blanket ads, billboards and promotional stunts, NBC clearly thought that adding the controversial shock jock to the mix on the family-friendly show was going to be big news. Stern did his part
, delivering a warmer, fuzzier version of his outrageous radio persona on Monday night's two-hour debut and earning almost universal praise
 for his playful, personal touch.

The ratings, however, were another matter. According to overnight figures from Nielsen, Monday's show was seen by 10.3 million viewers and earned a 3.6 rating, which was solid, but meant that viewership was down 33 percent (from 15.3 million) and ratings fell 16 percent from last year's debut (4.3).

Stern spent a while on his SiriusXM satellite radio show on Monday tamping down expectations for the first night's ratings, mixing a cocktail of his own self-deprecation with the cold-hard facts about the competition. According to Entertainment Weekly unlike last year, when "AGT" bowed at the end of May and was paired with the first season of "The Voice," Monday night's episode went up against the one-hour season finale of "How I Met Your Mother," as well as the season finales of "Two and a Half Men" and "Mike & Molly." Oh, and it also had to contend with the penultimate performance night on "Dancing with the Stars."

While the ratings may not have been the kind of slam-dunk success NBC was hoping for, Stern may have one less potential headache to deal with (for now). After lambasting NBC for hiring Stern for the show
, citing the broadcasting veteran's more risqué radio bits over the years, the Parents Television Council was mostly mute when reached by MTV News on Tuesday (May 15).

"My understanding was that he was actually very clean," said Melissa Henson, director of communications and public education at the PTC. While she was unable to watch the show, Henson said she was glad to hear Stern toned down his act, "because it's a family show and that's what's appropriate. I'm glad he decided to rein it in or maybe the bosses at NBC told him to do that. I'm not surprised by that ... maybe he's initially keeping it clean so he can say, 'I told you so.'"

That doesn't mean Henson and her group have put their guard down, though. She said Stern's safe-as-milk debut doesn't change what she called NBC's track-record of misogyny, citing last year's swiftly canceled "Playboy Club' series and Stern's reputation for sexually-explicit radio programs.

"He may keep it clean on 'AGT' for a couple of episodes, or maybe the whole season," she said of Stern. "But that doesn't change the fact that for most of his career has been one of the most misogynistic entertainers out there."

“Catching Fire” will miss director Gary Ross

Director Gary Ross addressed recent reports speculating about whether he would return at the helm for the second movie in the Hunger Games franchise. Gary Ross will not be directing the sequel “Catching Fire”. The post-production schedule became too arduous for Ross to carry through with a plan to write the sequel outline and then pen the script with Collins.

He issued the following statement:

“Despite recent speculation in the media, and after difficult but sincere consideration, I have decided not to direct Catching Fire. As a writer and a director, I simply don’t have the time I need to write and prep the movie I would have wanted to make because of the fixed and tight production schedule.
I loved making The Hunger Games – it was the happiest experience of my professional life. Lionsgate was supportive of me in a manner that few directors ever experience in a franchise: they empowered me to make the film I wanted to make and backed the movie in a way that requires no explanation beyond the remarkable results. And contrary to what has been reported, negotiations with Lionsgate have not been problematic. They have also been very understanding of me through this difficult decision.
I also cannot say enough about the people I worked with: Producer Nina Jacobson, a great collaborator and a true friend; the brilliant Suzanne Collins, who entrusted us with her most amazing and important story; the gifted and remarkable Jennifer Lawrence whose performance exceeded my wildest expectations, and the rest of the incredible cast, whom I am proud to call my friends.
To the fans I want to say thank you for your support your faith, your enthusiasm and your trust. Hard as this may be to understand I am trying to keep that trust with you. Thank you all. It’s been a wonderful experience.”

According to the cast, they are sad to see Gary Ross go and he will be missed.

Jay Sean's Pitbull Collabo The 'Epitome' Of Feel-Good Summer Tracks

'I think sometimes certain voices and certain vibes and certain styles just work together,' Sean says of 'I'm All Yours' collabo.

For Jay Sean's lead single, "I'm All Yours," off his forthcoming album Worth It All, there was only one guy who could capture the track's bounce and party vibe. That guy is Miami-bred rhymer Pitbull, who brings his signature sense of gruffy swagger to the song.

"Well, you know, people who know my music, especially when I first came over to America, one of the first things that people noticed with my songs is I like to do feel-good songs. And when it comes to the singles, that's what I like to give them. And 'I'm All Yours' is really the epitome of all that," Sean explained to MTV News about the dance track.

Full of pounding beats and bleeps, the song is about falling for a girl who makes all the partying and fun even better.

"It's taking the modern movement of dance, which has obviously taken over the whole world, but I'm not putting it in the nightclub environment," he continued. "So it's still got that element of romance, which is what I like to bring to music. So it's high-energy and romantic. And the Pitbull collaboration actually happened in Australia, where we were on tour together, and you know, we're all fans of each other. We got talking, like, 'Man, we should do something.' So we laid it out right there and then."

What emerged from their friendship is a song tailor-made for both Sean and Pit. The track is fun, summery and a definite dance-floor anthem, three qualities these two guys know a lot about given their individual music histories.

"I think the thing is, you got someone like Pit and myself, we share similar fanbases, but also, as I said, it's that high-energy music that really blends well together," he said. "And I think sometimes certain voices and certain vibes and certain styles just work together on a record, so it was just nice the way it came out."

A sex tape which is said to feature male supermodel Tyson Beckford is being shopped around the adult entertainment community ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... the seller insists the 45-minute tape shows the former Polo model pleasuring himself during a recent Internet video chat with a female model.

We're told ... during the chat session, Tyson makes references to some of the movies he's appeared in ... and talks about some of his co-stars.

Sources say Beckford also reveals one of his pet peeves -- being mistaken for Tyrese Gibson.

A rep for Beckford tells TMZ ... the model's camp has not seen the footage and will not release a statement until they can view the material that's being shopped.

Paddington Bear Movie: Book To Be Developed Into Feature Film

Coming off the paws that Clifford the Big Red Dog is getting the big-screen treatment, across the pond, another beloved children's character is being adapted into a feature film.

According to Variety, Studiocanal is partnering with "Harry Potter" bigwig David Heyman to adapt Michael Bond's Paddington Bear. Paul King ("The Mighty Boosh") will direct the movie, which will be half-CGI, half-live-action.

Paddington has enjoyed great success in the children's literature world, having sold over 35 million copies worldwide, and being published in 40 different languages. The movie is said to be a "modern take" on the story, which follows a polite, talking bear who was found in Paddington station and adopted by a British family.

"Paddington Bear is a universally loved character, treasured for his optimism, his sense of fair play, and his perfect manners -- and of course for his unintentional talent for comic chaos," said Heyman.

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky Welcome First Child Together!

Chris Hemsworth is officially on diaper duty.

The 28-year-old Avengers star and his Spanish actress wife, Elsa Pataky, recently celebrated the arrival of their first child together, a baby girl, in London, according to Us Weekly. (The actual birthdate hasn't yet been confirmed.)

So, what did the duo name their little bundle of joy?

"Chris and I are delighted, very happy and excited," 35-year-old Pataky told ¡Hola! magazine when the couple announced the news in January. "Having the person that you love by your side, and starting a family with them is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. You can't ask for more."

The duo tied the knot in December 2010 in Indonesia after meeting through their management firm.

Happy Mother's Day, indeed.

It's normally the fashion of Britain's Got Talent's female judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon that gets people talking.

But on last night's final of the ITV show, viewers couldn't help noticing Simon Cowell's unbuttoned shirt and hairy chest.

In contrast to David Walliams' smart suit, the music mogul was going for a more casual look in his jeans, white shirt and blazer.

Both viewers and fellow celebrities took to Twitter to mock Cowell's 'Medallion man' style... a departure from his normal grey and white T-shirts.

Phillip Schofield and his Twitter followers shared plenty of playful banter about Cowell's chest flashing.
