Amanda Bynes's father is saying that his daughter wasn't drunk when she was arrested and charged with a DUI.
Because, you know, he was there.
"She was not drunk. I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn't drink."
Really? If she doesn't drink then why is she so keen on attending bars?
Rick Bynes believes it was the arresting officer's fault the initial car accident occurred. Amanda's father says the police vehicle pulled out in front his daughter's car as she was turning onto a West Hollywood intersection.
Rick Bynes further states:
"She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her."
Authorities did not comment so guess we'll have to wait for Amanda's court date.
Will she prove to be innocent?
We'll believe it when we see it.
