According to RadarOnline.com, the website sent the former Mrs. Ashton Kutcher a pair of animal-print Christian Louboutin pumps and a special certificate to alert her of the honor. We're sure she had that certificate framed immediately.

Since splitting from Ashton in November of 2011, Demi has maintained a low dating profile while Ashton has gone on to date his former That '70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
