Even as she inches closer to finally settling down with Kyle King, an insider claims Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is still carrying a torch for recent ex-boyfriend Kyle Regal, whom she dated last spring.

“She really loves Kyle King and feels really safe with him. She knows how good he is with [her son] Bentley, too,” says an insider. “But the other Kyle, the one that lives in Dallas, is really hot. She always has an amazing time with him. Maci thinks he’s really good-looking.”
