Emma Watson knows a thing or two about "American Talk." Sure, she mastered the accent for her turn as love interest Sam in the big-screen adaptation of Stephen Chbosky's "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," but we here at MTV News like to think we had a hand in educating the Brit on the finer points of the Yankee accent long before.

As you may recall, in late 2010, the cast of "Harry Potter" took a break from Hogwarts to enroll in Josh Horowitz's prestigious language school, otherwise known as "After Hours." Stars Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton learned the "right way" to speak, reciting practice phrases such as "the Olive Garden," "Glenn Beck" and "boo-yah." A sequel soon followed, and now Watson, along with "Perks" castmates Logan Lerman and Ezra Miller, is starring in the third installment, "American Talk: When Cultures Collide."

The format of the show had to be modified, however, considering Lerman and Miller are American (that'd be cheating after all!). So this time, while Watson perfected phrases like, "Wassup! Who wants to pick up some Dunkin' Donuts and watch 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians?' " the boys practiced their British accents with such brilliant prose as, "Don't be daft, we have to queue up right now if we're going to see One Direction, Guvnah!"

Click play on the video above to hear their accents and find out how they did on our American or British quiz.

Of course, there's so much more to come during our "MTV First: The Perks of Being a Wallflower," which kicks off on MTV with an exclusive clip at 7:56 p.m. followed by a 30-minute interview with Watson, Lerman and Miller on MTV.com.

"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" follows loner freshman Charlie (Lerman), whose life changes for the better when he befriends eccentric step siblings Sam (Watson) and Patrick (Miller). The film, co-starring Nina Dobrev, Mae Whitman and Paul Rudd, opens in New York and L.A. on September 21, expanding to other select cities on September 28.

Who has the better English accent: Logan or Ezra? Shout out your favorite Brit impersonator in the comments!
